I am a Licensed Marriage Family and Child Therapist. I offer In person and video sessions. My area of focus is the treatment of infants, children, individuals, couples, and families. I am endorsed by the state of California Center for Infant Family Early Childhood Mental Health as an Infant-Family Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist. I am trained as a therapist in evidenced based therapies such as Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Level one Gottman (couples/marriage counseling) and I am a Certified Educator of Infant Massage. CPP is a family therapy for children ages 0-6 years old, when the child has experienced a traumatic event. Infant massage promotes nurturing touch and communication so parents, caregivers and children are loved, valued, and respected.
